Giovannina Blandon

Giovannina Blandón Campos serves as the Statewide Parent Engagement Coordinator for the Migrant Education Program.  She brings over 20 years of professional experience in education, business management, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, postgraduate degrees in Marketing and Advertising Management and Financial Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing from INCAE Business School. She is also pursuing a Master of Education (M.Ed.) with a concentration in Overseas Teaching from Framingham State University. She is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, with intermediate proficiency in French.
Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience in elementary education, early childhood development, English language learner support, and community engagement. Her previous roles have included working as an ELL teacher support professional and language interpreter, assisting students and families from diverse backgrounds, and facilitating communication between Spanish-speaking families and school communities. 
She is excited to be part of the Migrant Education Program and takes great pride in serving the migrant community. She is committed to helping families access opportunities, strengthen parent engagement, and making a positive difference in the educational journeys of migrant students.
